Kidzone is a midweek program sponsored by FPC children's ministries offering an intergenerational sit down dinner followed by Bible fun and activities for students from kindergarten to sixth grade with helpers in junior high, high school, and adults. Dinner is at 5:45, dismissal is at 7:30. We are adding a homework help time at 5:15 and meet for ten weeks between Oct 2 and Dec 18. Cost is $20 for the ten weeks for meals. Any questions? Contact the church or email Lynda: email@example.com.
We have a professional staff in the nursery (Room 2) for birth through preschool during both morning worship services and Sunday School.
Students preschool to grade 6 meet for worship in the Sanctuary at 8:30am and/or 11:00am and then dismissed for children's church in the Education Building. During this time, students are Digging in to the Bible in one year through the Dig-In curriculum which includes video, games, crafts, and discussion in Rooms 3 and 17. This is a new curriculum that is fun and nonstop in how it sheds fresh light on Bible heroes.
During the Sunday school hour (10:00am to 11:00am) preschool and grades 1 and 2 continue their children's church Dig-In lessons.
Preteens (grades 3-6) continue to dig in to the Bible by discussing issues and questions relevant to this age group with the Grapple curriculum in Room 11.
We are not afraid to 'grapple' with our faith!
